Which AI systems does SE Visible currently monitor?
A
SE Visible currently supports Google’s AI Mode, AI Overviews, Gemini, and ChatGPT. Claude and Copilot will be added soon. You choose which ones to switch on for each project. SE Visible also lets you see your AI visibility across all AI engines supported at once or separately.

How does SE Visible collect AI answers?
A
SE Visible collects real AI responses using a browser interface, not simulated answers or API-based results. This means the data reflects what users actually see when searching through AI platforms. For Claude, SE Visible collects AI answers through the API. Each response is stored unedited, so you can trace any metric back to the answer it came from. The data is refreshed daily, so you always have up-to-date visibility, sentiment, and competitor insights.

How are prompt limits calculated?
A
Your limit counts the prompts you add. Each prompt counts once per location, but switching AI engines on or off doesn’t change your usage. For example, if your plan includes 200 prompts and you track them across 5 LLMs, SE Visible checks all 200 prompts in all 5 LLMs every day. That’s approximately 30,000 checks per month. The allowance is shared across all projects in your account.

Can I add my own prompts?

Yes. You can add your own prompts and group them into topics, alongside the topics and prompts SE Visible suggests during setup. Each prompt is labeled automatically by language, intent, funnel stage, and branded or non-branded.

What can I do with the SE Visible API?
A
The SE Visible API is included on all plans and covers everything in the platform interface except managing users and subscriptions. For example, you can:
- Create and manage projects, brands, competitors, prompts, and topics
- Get AI prompt results, including brand mentions and sentiment
- Pull visibility metrics such as Visibility, Share of Voice, and average position
- Analyze domains and URLs cited by AI engines
The same data is also available in Data Studio through the SE Visible connector, and in Claude or ChatGPT through the SE Ranking MCP.

How often are results refreshed?
A
Daily by default, across all tracked prompts and AI engines. Depending on your plan, you can switch a project to weekly checks. The dashboard header shows when the next check is due.
